I don’t think “best of” works for something as silly as Orlando’s Joint, but as we gear up to drop new episodes (starting Dec 1st!!) I’ll be posting blurbs about a few of the episodes that irritate me less than the others.
Wreckahead’s Revenge pt. 2
This episode was one of the most fun to record (and really, they’ve all been a blast). We were all dying when Jeff Munn started his DJ Pasty riff. And Kevin John Peters had us all rolling with Ponzi’s freak-out over the rap-star character 2-Bit. Hell, I dug 2-Bit so much he got his own music video “They Shot My Ass” (it’s an extra on the DVD). This episode also featured a cameo by my friend, playwright (and “Be An Orlando’s Joint Extra” contest winner) Lee Wochner as the whitest music video director ever.
